Salome

The land has been raped, and the people have been abused by their leaders, like Salome by Herod.  As the moon rises and the decadent dinner courses on, an undercurrent of change flows through Salome’s body, and all eyes turn her way.  Salome calls for a sacrifice that shifts the surrounding eyes of judgment toward Herod; and the power of the sky collapses into the chthonian earth.
